I worked at an International Plaza restaurant that served an “Amy Grant” salad and wrap. It was basically blackened chicken with some pineapple-mango salsa, but I can’t tell you how many people would look skeptically at the outside menu board and walk in once they saw the 58-year-old songwriter’s name. I’m pretty sure that many of the same folks I served Amy Grants to will be in downtown Clearwater for this one from the Grammy-winning soft-rock favorite.
