Nick Rattigan sings and plays drums for Nevada minimalist duo Surf Curse, but he’s released music under the TELE/VISIONS and Nicholas Project moniker, too. For this show, he slips into his Current Joys outfit in order to support nostalgic 2018 LP A Different Age, which is wrought with an irony and apathy that manages to be pretty damn catchy, too. Another Nevadan, Gap Girls, plays electro-pop to open the show.
