Last year, R&B darling Daniel Caesar bared his most tender moments on his fourth studio album—arguably his most vulnerable and introspective record to date.
This summer, he is bringing it to over 10 countries with his first headlining arena tour, making a stop at Tampa’s Benchmark International Arena. The Son of Spergy Tour will support his album of the same name. The “Get You” singer used his most recent album to pay homage to his father, to whom the nickname “Spergy” belongs.
“I have a lot of respect for my dad, and I hold him in high regard. The album is about me realizing that I am exactly like him,” Caesar said.
And to complete the Gen Z fantasy, Caesar tapped indie artist Faye Webster as his supporting act.
Tickets start at $106 to see Daniel Caesar on July 23 in Tampa.
