Can our fearless Managing/Online Editor lead himself through two full acoustic sets at our favorite Ybor City watering hole? Probably with ease, but we’re still going to show up and watch Scott Harrell try.

Expect some of the humor you read in his “Life As We Blow It” column for CL, and keep your fingers crossed for some of that Merle Haggard and Steve Earle-influenced material from Band of Sorrows, the outfit for which he currently plays guitar (and sometimes steps up to the mic). The bar doles out its infamous $5 dollar barbecue plates, so bring your pork-eating face, too.
