Film buffs appreciate it for the arty camera work and editing style that highly influenced MTV a decade and a half after the movie's 1967 release. Music fans love it because of its fly-on-the-wall footage of a 24-year-old Bob Dylan during his final solo acoustic tour of Europe in '65. Don't Look Back, directed by D. A. Pennebaker, features backstage clips of Dylan showing up Donovan, dressing down a reporter from Time magazine and blowing off ex-girlfriend Joan Baez. The concert shots reveal a young man armed with a guitar, harmonica and surreal yet poignant lyrics unlike anything folk or pop audiences had witnessed. This new "Deluxe" reissue includes a revealing second disc created by Pennebaker from unused footage. 5 stars
