Down From Jersey was born at The Bends, and the St. Petersburg rock band returns to the womb for the release of its new album, Paper Marriage.

The 11-track outing features an ode to “Sixteen Candles” (“Jake Ryan”) plus a reflection on changes happening in their hometown (“Linger”).

There’s no cover to see Down From Jersey play The Bends in St. Petersburg on Saturday, Oct. 4.
