Death metal outfit Dying Fetus headlines a stacked weekday show in Ybor, and there’s no better place to experience the genre than Orpheum. The Maryland band formed in the early-‘90s, but now John Gallagher (guitar and vocals) is the only original member still involved.

Doors are at 6 p.m., so there’s plenty of time to pack in the openers which include Los Angeles hardcore act Terror, Vitriol out of Portland and Columbus, Ohio’s Sanguisugabogg. (I’m going to need help with that pronunciation.) Fifty bucks gets you a balcony seat, if you’re more of a voyeur these days. #notjudging

Dying Fetus w/Terror/Brand of Sacrifice/Vitriol/Frozen Soul/Sanguisugabogg. Tuesday, Nov. 2, 6 p.m. $25-$50. The Orpheum, Ybor City. theorpheum.com
