Absolution Fest is almost ready for a return to the Bay area, but fans of trance and industrial body music don’t have to wait until the fall.

Communion After Dark continues to bring acts from that spectrum to our neck of the woods and does it again with Ego Likeness, a Baltimore outfit fronted by Donna Lynch, who’s also doing a spoken word set for this show.

Tickets to see Ego Likeness play the music hall at New World Tampa on Thursday, Aug. 14 are still available and start $20.22.
