Shae Krispinsky and John Nowicki, two of the best singer-songwriters Tampa Bay has to offer, play a free show at Seminole Heights restaurant scene staple Ella’s Americana Folk Art Cafe on Friday, and if you’re going to talk loudly through the show, go outside as to not ruin some of Tampa’s best storytelling songs (and maybe a Tom Waits cover or two from Nowicki).
Ella’s recently changed its COVID-19 protocols, too. “We have relaxed our mask rules and are now allowing fully vaccinated staff and customers to take them off. We are continuing to put our trust in science, but more importantly, YOU!,” Ella’s wrote. “So please don’t let us down. If you are not yet vaxxed please continue to wear a mask while moving around inside our building.” Please, do as they say. Elvis is watching.
