The Hub Yeah, there’s just two TVs in this iconic downtown Tampa dive bar, but the people are amazing, the drinks are stiff. Thanks to all the good people at the barstools and tables, downtown Tampa dive The Hub is a great place to be sad. The sadder the better this weekend, too, when Emo Night Tampa (ENT) takes over for a no-cover, 21 & up show featuring criminally-under-the-radar power-pop band Bad Bad Things and raucous rock and roll trio The Drain Outs hitting the checkered floor.

ENT founders Theo Severson and Mes McDonald will pick the tunes in between sets, and if you’re still not going out (we don’t blame you), you can get your fix when the duo takes to local airwaves every Friday from midnight-2 a.m. on community radio station WMNF 88.5-FM.
