The hype behind the upcoming final season of Netflix’s “Stranger Things” was real at the St. Pete Pier on Halloween night. A few members of the Bob Weir-approved jam-band from Connecticut dressed as characters Steve Harrington and Dustin Henderson, while also performing a version of Kate Bush’s “Running Up That Hill (A Deal With God),” which hit a billion streams on Spotify two summers ago thanks to its inclusion in the show.
