It's a Mount Rushmore moment to remember. Three of the greatest rock 'n' roll pianists converging for the first and only time in the heart of New Orleans to tape a special for Cinemax in 1986. Fats Domino, in fine voice, joined by Jerry Lee Lewis, looking skinny as a snake and hopped up on something, with Ray Charles, who shows exactly why he is The Genius during the extended rehearsal clip that is more fascinating than the actual performance (save maybe for Charles' show-stopping rendition of "Drown In My Own Tears."). 4 stars
