It’s been a minute since the Ybor club had a big show on our radar but they picked up a good one with Flatbush rapper Jeffrey Mark Alexander, aka 22Gz, who just played the Miami date of hip-hop festival Rolling Loud. The Brooklyn drill pioneer just released The Blixky Tape 2, and its single “Twirlanta” shows his massive talent. There’s a reason the video has almost 7 million views.
Alexander plays at Orlando’s Soundbar on Sunday if you want another chance to see him, and Wild 94.1-FM personality Buckwheat hosts the Tampa show. If you want VIP, skip Eventbrite and call the club.
