Every year, the Florida Strawberry Festival brings top-name traditional and pop country acts and the odd mainstream performer and rock bands to entertain the Plant City masses (and those who make the journey out to BFE to hang with the PC masses). This year’s schedule is not as strong as years past, but the formula has stayed the same. Among the highlights are classic Southern rockers Lynyrd Skynyrd, country songbird and two-time Dancing with the Stars winner Julianne Hough [pictured right], CMA “Country Music Performer of the Year” award-winner Mel Tillis, veteran country rockin’ singer Patty Loveless, and Southern soul and R&B vocalist Sam Moore.
