Kyle and Shannon Biss, and the rest of the The Applebutter Express, are bringing Best of the Bay-winning bluegrass back to the Skipperdome for a 21-and-up show where ukulele, harmonies, and pretty funny lyrics (listen to the band’s 2011 self-titled LP), come together for an Appalachian good time.
Indie-acoustic outfit The Blurry Truth opens at this recently-reopened Floribbean restaurant where the venue’s COVID-19 protocols, updated Aug. 12, include an upper deck “safe zone” where masks are required. They’re also required when you stand in any line: merchandise, bar, or bathroom. The dance floor, and the rest of the show area, are mask optional. Skipper’s also requests that you only fist-bump friends and staff, 86 hugs for now.
