Thank God there are venues in Tampa Bay like The Bunker, which book bands regardless of genre or crowd—it means you never really know what you’re going to get. The tiny Ybor City cafe is set to be filled with muffled, hardcore vocals and heavy riffs this Friday, as Illinois-based screamo band Frail Body headlines alongside Northeast post-rock outfit Harbor Lights. The rest of this stacked bill is rounded out by Georgia-based noise band Soundaltar, and Tampa acts with uplifting-ly painful names—Horsewhip and Flesh Saw.

Frail Body w/HarborLights/Horsewhip/Soundaltar/Flesh Saw Fri. Jan. 31, 7 p.m. $5-$10 donation. The Bunker, Ybor City. INFO
