Three out-of-state Americana and country-leaning acts — Georgia songwriter Jacob Bryant, American Idol Jessica Muse and Minneapolis swamp-blues outfit The Plott Hounds — join Soul Circus Cowboys and the Curt Towne Band for days one and two of the new Clearwater Music and Arts Festival. The big afternoon happens on Monday with The Voice duo Swon Brothers and bands from across the Southeast. All of it is free, and all ages, too.
