Here’s a PSA for fans of long-running downtown Tampa free live music series Rock The Park: March’s edition is happening somewhere else.

MacDill Park is a short walk down the Tampa Riverwalk, and the reason for the move is Gasparilla Music Festival preparations happening at The Curt. It’ll be a nice change of scenery for Rock the Park lifers (MacDill offers different sight lines, but it is a little more cozy), and the music is super-solid thanks to the mostly-instrumental sounds of Row Jomah and a set from Seminole Heights songwriter Shae Krispinsky.

Captain Joe Harley’s Hotel Life project put out one of CL’s favorite albums of 2018, and country or roots-rock fans are going to want to catch a performance of it in real life.

Rock the Park w/Row Jomah/Hotel Life/Shae Krispinsky. Thurs. March 7. MacDill Park, Tampa. More info.
