Downtown Tampa’s monthly, nearly 10-year-old, free outdoor concert series is back with a headlining set featuring Urbane Cowboys, a beloved Americana outfit that’s been haunting local venues for what feels like even longer. This show is, and always will be, free and pet-friendly; just leave the park prettier than how you found it, OK?
