To their left, another band member wearing a tan t-shirt plays a separate electric guitar. In the background, a third band member is seated at a piano, also wearing headphones and playing into a studio microphone. The studio features teal-colored walls, wood flooring, and an 'EXIT' sign illuminated in red above a doorway in the background.

Most any visit from Daniel Hanson includes an appearance from Katara, and that’s what is happening this week when the Florida-Illinois songwriter brings his Fast Preacher project back to town.

For fans of “damn that boy can sing” soul and pop, Wilson and Katara are in good company on the support bill thanks to Anthony Santaniello who plays synth-driven vintage pop under the Antro Banks moniker.

The evening should be unforgettable, too, as Hanson recently told Orlando Weekly that his band is currently made up of players totally obsessed with Stevie Wonder.

Tickets to see Katara, Fast Preacher, and Antro Banks at Crowbar in Ybor City on Thursday, June 18 are still available and start at $15.
