Weird is a good way to describe how Baby Fuzz takes command of a stage. The Toronto glam-rock outfit plays an always in-flux style of alternative pop, which might have something to do with the fact that the band’s songwriter, Brandon Lowry, has penned and produced hits for the likes of Lana Del Rey, Charli XCX, Madonna, and Adam Lambert. Tampa indie-pop outfit Wallysburg plays support at this free show that also features one of Tampa Bay’s best new bands, Vetnough.

Baby Fuzz w/Vetnough/Wallysburg. Sun., July 14. 10 p.m. No cover. The Bends, St. Petersburg. INFO.
