Local live music lovers have two options for great lives shows at Seminole Heights’ Ella’s Americana Folk Art Cafe this weeked.

Georgia-based couple Kira Annalise and Willie Heath Neal make up The Waymores, international-traveling honky-tonk acoustic duo that plays whiskey-soaked road weary originals and some covers (including John Prine, like any good Americana act).

But if twang on a Friday ain’t your thing, come back to Ella’s on Sunday to check out harp, bass, and drum trio Katara which creates “a blend of different music cultures to inspire peace and prosperity”—two Ps to go along with that pineapple mimosa on the Soul food Sunday menu.

More information on both shows is available on the Ella’s event calendar.
