Once a year, the public gets to see the fruits of Girls Rock Camp’s labor when the camp stages its showcase at Jannus Live, but the confidence game doesn’t sleep. For this bi-monthly open mic series, the nonprofit welcomes youth 18 and under to a storied St. Pete restaurant to sing, dance, do comedy, improvise, and just perform.

It’s a chance for kids to amplify their voices, and an opportunity for the community to support one of its tried and true local institutions. There’s a sign-up sheet available via GRC’s Facebook page, and know that the Chattaway is cash only (with an ATM on site).
