JD Tucker is moving to Tampa soon, so here’s a chance to see him lead his U.K.-based EBM outfit, Grendel, through a set before the Bay area calls the group one of its own.
It’s been nearly 20 years since Grendel’s breakout hit “Strangers” made it an underground dance sensation, and we’re willing to bet that the kids from The Castle will be willing to come out to Ybor City early to catch this show where minimalist San Francisco outfit Stripliker plays opener alongside Toronto synthpop act Glass Apple Bonzai.
