If a Tampa Bay local music sample platter existed, then it might look like this bill happening at Hooch and Hive on Friday. Johnny Mile & The Kilometers bring one of the Bay area’s best rock and roll shows to the stage while Tampa rapper Mike Mass continues the run-up to his long-awaited debut LP. The icing on the cake, however, is a set from Ray Olan’s band, which always brings joyous Latin sounds wherever it goes.
