After some time in Hollywood, pop duo The Dollyrots are back in Tampa Bay. The real winners are local fans who get to see the band in intimate spaces like The Attic above Rock Brothers Brewing, where bassist Kelly Ogden and guitarist Luis Cabezas (her husband) will support a new album, Daydream Explosion, that is peppered catchy shout-alongs (“Animal,” “Everything”) and ‘60s girl-group pop (“Watching The Storm Go By”).

This gig marks the end of a 10 straight days of shows for The Dollyrots, so expect the pair to be in good spirits in front of friends, family and fans.

The Dollyrots w/Pink Spiders. Sat. Aug. 10, 8 p.m. $15-$20. The Attic at Rock Brothers Brewing, Ybor City. ticketfly.com.
