Interpol’s sixth studio LP, Marauder, showed fans a few a new sense of ingenuity and cohesiveness. On May 8, St. Petersburg fans will get to see that evolution up close and personal.

The Manhattan-based indie-rock band — one of the subjects of currently uber-hip NYC oral history Meet Me in the Bathroom — has just announced a tour, which includes a stop at Mahaffey Theater. CL hasn’t seen the band since its 2014 stop at Jannus Live
