The latest release from Papadosio throws in some classic jazz influence and a couple of tasty bass licks and synth riffs, complete with dialogue from the late spiritual teacher Ram Dass.

The five-tracker, aptly titled Improvisations with Ram Dass would make for an interesting opening set for a band cut from a similar cloth as Lettuce or Goose, but until then, the jazztronica jam band warms up for a brief, 2025 east coast run by spending New Year’s Eve by standing on the same Jannus Live stage that has been graced this year alone by the likes of Buckethead, Chappell Roan, and LS Dunes with My Chemical Romance’s Frank Iero.
