Jethro Tull guitarist Martin Barre has been touring for literally 50 years, and his latest romp is a run across North America brings Barre’s signature ‘70s rock and roll sound to Largo’s Central Park Performing Arts Center on April 9.
Since Jethro Tull—the British rock band that rose to fame in the 1970s, kiddos—is currently taking a break from touring, Barre has assembled another lineup to recreate its classic sound. Expect to hear classic Tull singles like “Locomotive Breath” and “Aqualung,” which will nonetheless feature Barre’s famous guitar solos.
