Brendan McLaughlin isn’t the mayor of Tampa Heights, but he ought to be. The Bay area local news favorite is always big-upping his neighborhood on social media, and on Saturday he and another revered Bay area media personality, Ann Kelly, play MC when Ulele hosts a day-long lupus benefit concert headlined by Kansas singer Robby Steinhardt. The concert is free, and VIP options (heavy hors d’oeurvres, Ulele beer, booze) are available, too.
