Singer-songwriter Keith Harkin is in the middle of a world tour that spans from the east coast of the U.S. all the way to his home country of Ireland—and Tampa’s lucky enough to get a show from a talent who rose to fame as the lead singer of the globally popular musical act Celtic Thunder, but has been touring his solo music basically everywhere for the past decade or so.
