Exactly 11 months following a killer opening set for Billy Idol’s gig at Clearwater’s Ruth Eckerd Hall, New Zealand-based singer-songwriter Kelsy Karter brings her punk-rock songbook and encouraging IDGAF attitude to Tampa.

Tickets to see Kelsy Karter & the Heroines play Hooch and Hive in Tampa on Thursday, March 21 are still available and start at $15.
