Kid Rock (real name Robert Richie) spent 2016 selling "God, Guns & Trump" merchandise, and now his name is reportedly being tossed into the ring as a potential Republican candidate for a Michigan Senate seat.

According to Roll Call, Mr. Rock's name was mentioned as a possible candidate during a Michigan Republican Party convention last weekend.

The 46 year old "Bawitaba" singer would compete for the seat currently held by Democrat Debbie Stabenow, who has been in office since 2000.

While the 62 year old newspaper also said that "there have been no official decisions announced as of yet," we can't help but wonder what the fuck is happening anymore.

So tell us — would you vote for Kid Rock?
