My introduction to Bump Galletta happened at a Mrenc show where the Lakeland-based illustrator was making live art during the concert. I haven’t been able to stop loving his work—which captures everything from beautiful life moments, urban landmarks and even everyday things like undies—since.
Even MXPX finds it irresistible.
“A little while ago I had the opportunity to illustrate a few pages in a Coffee Table Book for the band @mxpxpx !,” Galletta wrote on Instagram. “@jeredscott did an amazing job Creative Directing and photography for the book. One of my favorite collaboration to date! This past weekend I was able to see MXPX play and get a photo together with them and the Coffee Table Book! I can not thank Jered enough for both these opportunities!”
Galletta, who’s been known to do free art drops, is selling on Saturday during Kate Cottle’s new Tampa Heights market.
