Hello? Are you ready to dance on the ceiling again, Tampa? Hope so, because Lionel Richie is coming back to Amalie Arena on July 28.

The 69-year-old announced the tour date — his first in the area since a 2017 gig in the same room — this morning, and the only other Florida date is happening on July 27 in Hollywood.

“I am so excited to bring my Live from Las Vegas album to life and to share it with my fans,” Richie said in a release. “I’m really looking forward to going on tour and performing for everyone this summer – it’s going to be one big party.”

Tickets for that party go on sale to the general public on Friday, April 5 at 10 a.m. EDT. Ticket prices have yet to be announced. More information is available via amaliearena.com.
