A free show from a “rhythm and blues band with a garage rock habit” is on tap in Seminole Heights, and Little Sheba’s retro sound definitely makes you want to grab a partner and do the Lindy Hop, or just tap your saddle shoes at the table while you’re enjoying a barrel-aged old fashioned.

If you go to just watch the music and you don’t order anything you better still tip—you're taking up space (and be sure to check out band member Christian Little’s insect band mural covering the east side of the restaurant). Have to miss Little Sheba this time around? The five-piece band is playing at Crowbar for the Rockabilly Battle Royal on June 23.

Little Sheba & the Shamans. Friday, June 18, 9 p.m. Free. Ella’s Americana Folk Art Cafe, Tampa. ellasfolkartcafe.com
