Not Tonight Josephine earned a CL Best of the Bay award in 2009 for "Most Buzz-worthy Rock Band," and the quintet has proven deserving of the accolades over the past few years with opening spots for the likes of Sick Puppies and Drowning Pool, and a much-coveted spot on 97X's Next Big Thing stage. In the midst of it all, the band was working on their first full-length with producer Brett Hestla (Dark New Day, Framing Hanley) and the follow-up to their well-regarded This Orphan Heart EP. The result, All On The Horizon, was self-released by the band in April. The album showcases the band's high-quality style of seething, propulsive alt rock and features a series of loosely thematic songs about the good and bad in relationships, including the band's heavy rendition of Ace of Base's "All That She Wants." This show closes their triumphant 20-date national tour in support of the LP.
