Rumors of a new Madonna tour of stadiums and arenas across the globe started circling this month, and now we know that one of the run’s two Florida dates is coming to Tampa this fall.
UPDATE: This show is now on Thursday, April 4, 2024.
Tickets to see Madonna’s “Celebration Tour” at Tampa’s Amalie Arena on Thursday, Sept. 7 go on sale Friday, Jan. 20 and start at just $40 before fees. Bob the Drag Queen, AKA Caldwell Tidicue, opens the show.

Amalie Arena made its announcement this morning with a cool video showing someone going into Seminole Heights record store Microgroove, finding a “Madonna Celebration Tour” CD, sticking it into the stereo and playing “Like A Prayer.”

In a press release, Live Nation said the tour—which also stops at Miami’s Miami-Dade Arena on Sept. 9—takes fans through four decades on the Madonna’s career and pays respect to New York City where her career began. “I am excited to explore as many songs as possible in hopes to give my fans the show they have been waiting for,” Madonna added.
