These are hard times for the concert touring industry, but Matchbox 20 is looking forward to getting “Back 2 Good” next summer. That’s when the once-Florida based radio-rock favorite rescheduled its Tampa date at MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre (originally set for this summer).
The August 6, 2021 show is one of three Florida dates (August 7 in West Palm Beach, August 8 in Jacksonville), and a press release says all previously purchased tickets will be honored for the new concert dates, which are happening to celebrate the anniversary of MB20’s RIAA Diamond-certified debut album Yourself or Someone Like You.
“Ticket holders who cannot attend the newly announced shows will receive an email directly allowing them to request a refund,” the release added. “For more details, please visit livenation.com/refund.”
Tickets start at $22. More information on the show is available via local.cltampa.com.
