The band is coming to the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre on Aug. 7 at 7:30 p.m, and fellow 90s band The Wallflowers is set to open.
Though neither band have released an album since 2012, both have played shows in Tampa. Matchbox Twenty played the same venue in 2017, and The Wallflowers played The Hard Rock Cafe across the street in 2018.
Tickets go on sale this Friday, Jan. 17 at 12 p.m. local time, though prices haven’t been released.
