The Bends is home to both Tampa Bay and out-of-town punk bands once again, thanks to hard mid-Western bands Fiscal Spliff (Arkansas) and Hummin’ Bird (Oklahoma.) St. Pete post-punk band Low Season represents Tampa Bay’s hard-rock scene at this weeknight gig in support of a new EP, Four More Songs.

The new and/or unofficial group Floor Notes—featuring members of local punk favorites Too Many Daves, City Mouse, and the Bertos—is also set to play the back room on Wednesday night.

Fiscal Spliff w/Hummin’ Bird/Low Season/Floor Notes. Wed. Feb. 18, 9 p.m. No cover. The Bends, St. Petersburg. INFO
