The acoustics are pristine inside of the Capitol Theatre, which bodes well for fans of Milk Carton Kids’ Grammy-nominated 2018 album, All The Things I Did And All The Things That I Didn’t Do (Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical; it lost to Beck’s Colors in February).

The kids — Kenneth Pattengale and Joey Ryan — are in Clearwater on Friday playing a special brand of harmony-laden folk that’s perfect for a new generation of music fans who prefer their Americana lathe-cut and expert-crafted. Out-of-the-box American satirist and folkie Darin Bradbury opens the show.

If you’d prefer a different Grammy-nominated duo on Friday, then check out Indigo Girls playing Ruth Eckerd Hall a few miles away.
