After selling out its February 13 event, Terroir New Music returns with a free show happening at the same time as Tampa Bay Beer Week. Terroir009 celebrates the idea of adjunct (in brewing, “adjunct” refers to any unmalted grain or other fermentable ingredient used in the brewing process, such as rice or corn, and even honey, syrups, and numerous other sources of fermentable carbohydrates).

Some Assembly Required — a mixed-chamber ensemble that lives up to its moniker thanks to its collaborations with composers, guest performers, and audiences — will present electronic pieces composed by national and international composers at this one, where each piece on the program will be paired with a specific local beer poured by the c. 1949 team.

Terroir009: Adjunct w/Some Assembly Required. Mon. March 4. c. 1949 Florida Beer Garden, Tampa. More info.
