I wonder how many fans will actually show up and rep for the Yankees at this one.

One of the Bronx Bombers’ most-celebrated players (Bernie Williams, who played his entire 16-year career with New York’s second-coolest baseball team) is bringing his jazz guitar skills to Ruth Eckerd Hall’s Murray Theatre, where Yankees radio analyst Suzyn Waldman plays host during a pre-concert Q&A. Williams, 50, released his debut album (The Journey Within) in 2003, and followed it up with 2009’s Moving Forward, which was nominated for a Latin Grammy (Williams' music definitely incorporates Latin flavors, but also dips its toes into rock, classical and the blues).

A portion of proceeds from this show will benefit the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
