The primary residence of the late WWE legend Terry Bollea, aka Hulk Hogan, is now slightly cheaper after it was initially listed last January for just under $11 million.
Located at 1040 Eldorado Ave., in Clearwater Beach, the waterfront home was originally purchased by Bollea back in 2012 for $3.3 million, and was originally listed for $10,989,000 on Jan. 30. As of April 28, the Hogan home’s asking price was slashed by nearly $2 million, with a new price tag of $8,999,999.
The Thunder in Paradise star passed away last July at the age of 71 from a heart attack following complications from multiple neck surgeries.
Built in 2009, the 5,074-square-foot Mediterranean-style home comes with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, as well as a pool and spa, a wine cellar, an expansive master suite with a terrace, an elevator and more.
The home sits directly next door to Hogan’s guest house, which is also currently for sale.
Both properties are being represented by Martha Thorn of Coldwell Banker Realty Tampa.
