Last January, the primary residence of the late WWE legend Terry Bollea, aka Hulk Hogan, was listed for just under $11 million in Clearwater Beach. Now, his considerably smaller beach “cottage” is on the market.

Located at 1038 Eldorado Avenue, the home sits directly next door to the Hulkster’s main house, and was mostly used by Hogan as a guest house. The 2,062-square-foot home comes with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as an open floor plan with exposed wood beams and hardwood floors, an updated kitchen with center island and stainless‑steel appliances, and a pool and spa overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

According to property records, the beach cottage was purchased by the Thunder in Paradise star in 2016 for $1.4 million. The home is currently asking $4.5 million, and the listing agent is Martha Thorn of Coldwell Banker Realty Tampa.

Hogan passed away last July at the age of 71 from a heart attack following complications from multiple neck surgeries.
