Christmas comes early for fans of soulful indie-rock and punk thanks to an intimate show from lauded singer-songwriter Laura Stevenson on December 6.
Stevenson is touring behind her latest full-length, The Big Freeze. The record is equal parts poignant, sincere and catchy and marks yet another outstanding solo release from an artist whose journey saw her play keys in now legendary ska-punk band Bomb The Music Industry on the way to becoming a critically-acclaimed artist in her own right. Stevenson’s career has been both inspiring and a joy to behold.
Support for the Hooch and Hive show comes from indie trio Adult Mom, a band sure to have people even more excited for an intimate Friday night at what’s become one of Tampa’s fastest rising venues since opening in May of last year.
Tickets are $15-$15 and on sale now via brokenmoldentertainment.com.
