Fans of reggae-rock band Pepper might want to be in St. Petersburg this Friday when its frontman and bassist Bret Bollinger brings his solo debut, Lo-Fi (released a year ago, but still a reggae-rock album), to Jannus Live for a free concert with his new backing band, the Bad Habits.
