Brooklyn's Miniature Tigers hit up The Social in Orlando last Monday night for a tight set seeped in psyched-out revelry and blissful hits from their latest, Mia Pharaoh.

Not one for fabulously flailing like his Of Montreal-ian pop might suggest, frontman Charlie Brand took a different approach, staring dead-eyed into space, narcotically sauntering across stage (and at one point, the crowd floor), and sleepily cooing a cool falsetto into the mic most of the night. Whatever lacked in woozy stage presence was made up for with a slick set composed of eight of Mia Pharaoh's glitzy 10 tracks and a handful of numbers from 2010's F O R T R E S S, like "Mansion of Misery" and "Neon Gold Skull." Blasted from The Social's impeccable sound system, these tracks felt more alive than ever bouncing, breaking, and booming into the ears of a surprisingly ample Monday night crowd. Check out some shots from the show below. [Text by Andrew, photos by Mike.]
