Photos: Crumb, Lance Bangs, Brother Cephus and Justin Depth at New World Brewery — 06.02.17

That was special.

Four bands — including two locals, Justin Depth and Brother Cephus — came together for a show headlined by Brooklyn quartet Crumb, who could be generalized as psych-rock. That, however, would be selling the group way, way short. Crumb — fronted by guitarist Lila Ramani — only has about 15 minutes worth of music to its name, but it stretched out for a set that was about twice as long and also dripping with the jazzy cadences of songs like “Plants,” “Bones” and “So Tired.” More music is on the way, and we can’t wait to hear it.
